Welcome New Member - George C. Copenhaver Jr.

DREGS 2010 Field Trip September 19-20th.
- At 9 A.M. on Sunday, Sept. 19th, we will meet at 2111 E. Cleveland St., Sundance, Wyoming, for a presentation and core shack at Rare Element Resource's warehouse. After the core shack we will visit the field to tour Bear Lodge geology and REE and gold mineralization until mid-afternoon. Bring a lunch, jacket, hat, boots, etc. There will be some walking over rough terrain. Note that we were previously planning to meet in Spearfish, SD, for a more formal presentation. That has changed.
- At 9 A.M. on Monday, September 20th, we will visit the Wharf Mine near Lead, South Dakota. There will be a short presentation and a visit to the mine to see geology and mining operations. Enter the mine at 9 A.M. and go to the warehouse on the left. Steel-toed boots, hardhat and safety glasses are required. I estimate that the tour will end at about noon.
